ok, i'm back from tekong (again)... so glad that we managed to book out at 6:30AM!!! that's definitely the earliest book out i ever had and probably will have... it was sooooooo early that my dad had to sms me three times to confirm that it's 6:30AM and not 6:30PM... and i had to sneakily sms them back inside my pocket when falling in to tell them "yes, yes yes, it's the morning 6:30"... LOL!!!
ok, so what did we do this book in... RIFLE RANGE!!! definitely the coolest thing / event i've been through thus far manz... well, because in singapore we cannot own weapons, and using one with live rounds inside is super cool... but i was quite unlucky too, because out of the 5 magazines i took, 2 are faulty... so i did not have the chance to fire 8 rounds!!! so ended up have to reshoot... so actually, i fired more rounds than others.. haha... fun fun fun... but sadly i guess this is the last time i'll be firing live rounds (at least in tekong that is)...
we also had night shoot, which was to shoot targets (illuminated, flashing and silhouette) at 100m and 50m mark... it was even cooler cos we used tracer rounds... so when we fired, we can see the bullet flying towards the target itself... and with amazing speeds too... haha... definitely once in a lifetime manz...
the bad part is that we returned back to our company line at 12mn, and after cleaning our rifles and returning them, we returned to our bunks at 2am... and we woke up this morning at like 4:30am... so we had 2 hours of sleep, max... but well, at least we got to book out at 6:30AM... just toooooo happy... hahahaha...
but the sad thing is that i have to return to tekong tonight... at 11:30PM that is... for guard guty tomorrow... hahaha... we volunteered for it.. cos we just passed our range so we will be using the rifle with live rounds to patrol tekong... so cool... and of course, so that guard duty doesn't interfere with our holidays in the future... cos we're required to do guard duty once in tekong... hahaha... i wonder what it'll be like... hope it'll be fun... and i think it'll be cos i have chin wern, mark, aman and jiawei (all from section 3) to do guard duty with... hehehe...
oh and today is the CJC CCA Bazaar... and i was initially very tempted to return to CJ to watch... but decided against it because i was tooo tired... 2 hours of sleep!!! hehehe... i wonder how many people would join interact this time... in fact, i'm wondering whether there'll be pictures even... with quan you gone, i dun tink there'll be pictures to save memories of (if there is one in the first place though)... and from what i hear, the interact president simply did not turn up at the CCA Bazaar... that itself is just wonderful... amazing... ok la... i was eventually told that he did not turn up because of stomachache... what an excuse... lol... and i shall continue to watch the show unfold manz... let's just hope it does not turn into a nightmare...
