ok, i can really say that i am extremely blessed... recall my previous post [the comments part] about the recall back to Sembawang Camp at 8:30PM to 9:00PM... as i found out this morning, what they did there was plain retarded...

ok, they recalled ALL of us back (supposedly, but around 10 of us we're contactable - and i am actually the only one who picked up the phone and didn't had to report to camp then) just to choose 12 people to be the "coffin-bearers"... and another 8 for reserves... but the uniform was sooo small that out of the 30 plus people who went, only 18 can fit in... so, they just took 6 reserves... and the rest got dismissed immediately... (not so bad for these guys, albeit a great waste of time since they should have just asked over the phone "who can fit into size 32 or smaller pants?" although that wouldn't have been good for me, because my size is exactly 32... lolx... but it's much much more efficient...)

but for those who can fit, they were sent to Kranji camp... and were told to stay overnight from last night, past tonight till tomorrow... imagine: out of the sudden, you were having dinner with your friends, and someone calls you to go back to camp urgently... (at this point, you would have been very -.-" already) then they told you that you have to stay in, and carry coffin (-.-""""""#&$!#@#!$%)... and that's what happened to some...

so for the rest of us, we were just sent to the traffic marshalls for tomorrow... a rather slack job but it doesn't allow us to see the actual funeral possession... but well, i prefer this anytime...

and so, i'm here rejoicing again over what great stroke of luck i got!!! and rosel, not having caller ID saved my sleep on my bed in an air conditioned room for 2 nights... no way i'm gonna get that evil thing that makes me susceptible to such threats... lolx... ok la, maybe after this course, since by then i really need to be contactable by my drivers... hehehe...
