today is pretty much a waste of time... what we did today is shown below:
7:45AM - arrive at Sembawang Camp, slack...
8:15AM - proceed to classroom, slack...
9:00AM - break till 10AM
10:00AM - allocation of duties [i got assistant Company Orderly Sergeant duty on 18th June], slack...
11:00AM - lunch till 12NN
12:00NN - slack in classroom
2:00PM - proceed to Mandai Crematorium for recce, slack at mandai crematorium
4:00PM - proceed back to Sembawang Camp, dismissed at 4:30PM
actually, if i were the person in charge, i'll just tell everyone to fall in at 1PM at Sembwang Camp. We'll allocate the duties and then board the bus to Mandai Crematorium and carry on from there... it'll save SAF our meal money too... really, the army rushes to wait, and wait to rush...
but well, i can't complain... i don't have the right to... because i was at home slacking yesterday while they were at Sembawang at night doing pretty much the same thing - slacking... plus, the people who were selected to be coffin bearers have been practicing and rehearsing for the whole of the day... so slacking in an air con room is very much preferred to that... wahahaha...
and today they learnt their lesson, so tomorrow, i got off till 10AM... wahaha.. ok la, 2 hours later... but that makes some difference too la... hehehe...
oh and i just found out about our supervisor course training... from what it seems, it's gonna be super duper fun... we'll be learning "underslung", or helicoptor lifting... and also be doing BBQ in P.Tekong for a field exercise... but i guess the highlight is really the helicoptor thing manz... very very cool... i just pray for good weather that day manz...
