i really haven't been playing basketball for a very very very long time... and i guess today's my first in a year??? maybe more... and i really sucked at it...

was playing basketball with Esther, and Cindy and her sister... and besides being able to run relatively faster, i can't do much... basically i just keep trying to catch the rebounds and then passing the ball to my partner to shoot... and it got worse when we were joined by another girl who totally trashed us... 2v2.. in the end we had to play it 3v2 to level out... lolx.. and i was in the 3-person team... lolx...

but it was really really fun... and after so long of non-exercise, it felt really great to be sweating once again... wahahaha... i did exercise ok!!! hahaha... ok, i got a little less guilt over my daily intake of snacks... but still some guilt nonetheless...

and after that, i went home to change and then met Esther and Cindy again at Plaza Singapura... for lunch and to basically slack around or aka window shopping... and i don't believe it that we actually spent about 2 hours in total just walking around Carrefour and commenting on basically everything... what a great waste of time... lolx... no la, it's actually quite fun, just walking around and talking nonsense... shopping is also the same mah... just that people deal with clothes and we deal with daily necessities... and i shall not go into detail how Esther basically "suans" every single brand on sale at Carrefour... wahahaha...

and i came home intending to jog... i got myself changed, and went down... and after about 20 steps, i got soooo tired that i started walking again... i guess it must be the basketball in the morning bahz... and so i just walked along the beach and looking at all the people... and suddenly, the great big singapore flag flew by... it was carried by a CH47 Chinook helicopter followed by 4 superpuma helicopters... very cool sight indeed... because it flew right over my head where i stood... wahahaha... and the downwash reminded me of my underslung operation not too long ago where we hooked up a vehicle to the bottom of the superpuma... just that this time the downwash wasn't half as strong, but still quite strong... lol...

and now, i want to play basketball again... lolx...
