i'm so free that i'm giving tuition now... and yes, i know many people would be like "ohmygoodness!!!"... rosel would be the first one going "what the hell!!! benji you can't be serious... don't go there and make all of them fail their exams!!!"; and my form teacher thomas ho would be like "your standards are going to hell, what on earth are you trying to do???"; and aloysius, weijie and benliew would also like "stop joking la!!! you??? never manz!!!"... and well, a good news to everyone, especially rosel, I'M TEACHING!!! and well, here's the kick: I'M TEACHING ADDITIONAL MATHS!!! [footnote: My O Level A Maths grade is C6, AND my maths is my weakest subject in A Levels]... everyone, please do not hold back your claps... welcome to the screwed up world of benji... wahahahahahaha... i myself can't believe it too!!! wahahaha...
anyway it's at Normanton Park; and yes, it's inside the condo... i'm teaching at the condo's tuition centre; and the condo is located just opposite my camp [Ayer Rajah / Gloucester Camp]... so, all i need to do is just to cross a bridge to get there... and well, it's good pay... $20 per hour, and i teach for one-and-a-half hours, and so each session would be $30...
and i just started work yesterday... and it was great... the students there are a trillion times better than those at Y'W@P, and are more fun to teach than almost anybody else that i've came across... i think it's because their parents are rich and so they are more of an elitist type and have a very focused goal of what they want to achieve... when i went there, we did not talk crap, but just straight into questions and teaching... and within that 90 minutes, i'm sure i was asked more logically-correct questions than 90 days of teaching in Y'WAP altogether... but well, they are super smart... all i need to do is to explain a little bit and they'll know how to do already... geniuses...
and i really didn't know that teaching is so fun... i've all along associated teaching with high blood pressure, the institute of mental health, and the singapore zoological gardens... somehow, these kids are really different... lovely people i must say... and i thank god for them...
