went to watch red cliff with mum.. and i must say that it's a fantastic show; albeit one with a super abrupt ending.. honestly, Mr John Woo, i don't mind paying twice the price of a movie ticket to watch a COMPLETE show?? i felt like screaming when the show just left me hanging in mid air like that!! gRRR.. but i must say that Takeshi Kaneshiro is very handsome.. if i was a girl i might have rattled on and on about him like what rosel does.. but since i'm a guy, Lin Chi Ling is cute too.. ah.. nvm..

but it's a fantastic show.. for once i know that zhu ge liang is the good guy and cao cao is the bad guy.. i always thought cao cao was some marvelous commander who conquered the whole china.. i was wrong, i guess.. and hope.. gRRR i want to watch the second installment of the show now!! actually i can just read up on it, but i'm too lazy..

then we went to novena life church for steven tong's sermon.. i really don't know what to say cos it's highly philosophical, and highly complicated.. i'm just curious how my mum can catch up with i can barely understand that that guy is trying to prove that what is written in Matthew 1:1 about the word is much more advanced and better developed than chapters upon chapters of text written by lao zhu and confuscious; and greek texts, and other "famous" philosophers that i haven't heard of.. oh yes, he mentioned socrates.. being one of the best philosophy teachers in his time, but Matthew 1:1, 1:14 and 1:18 beats them all flat..
