ok, i haven't blogged for eons.. Cos in the day i'm super busy unpacking stuff and cleaning the thick layers of dust off them.. at night, we watched the many movies that i've downloaded.. Ya, my parents finally appreciate the meaning behind the "constant wastage of power" by my laptop..

well, my room is done.. now it's just waiting for one final delivery of bed frame and cupboard for the master bedroom.. it's actually ready in the workshop, but it's been raining for the past few days so the workers refused to deliver the items..

i dug out my iPod cable (i can finally sync my iPod to August Hits, instead of the June "oldies" i have in the music player), and my audio cable (to rip music off youtube and imeem players), and my laptop-to-TV cable (to project the movies from my laptop to the TV), and my 3.5mm audio splitter (to connect the laptop audio to my TV speakers)..

i went to comex with aloysius.. and bought a Western Digital Elements 320GB portable harddisk, and so i was busy transferring data from my supremely overloaded laptop harddisk to the portable harddisk.. considering that my laptop had a all-time low disk space of 12MB, it was worth the buy.. But coming at $131.20, it isn't exactly a bargain.. But what the heck, it'll cost me more to travel to Sim Lim and get the same one for a slightly cheaper price of $130..

i wanted to buy creative's X-Fi player.. but it costs so much, and somehow i still think (and hope) that my antique iPod Mini 4GB can last me a little while longer.. plus the $131.20 burn in my pocket does hurt quite a bit..

downloaded google's chrome browser today.. and it impressed me.. first off was it's superb speed (imagine the long wait before firefox starts - gone), and simplicity (just think of the crappy internet explorer toolbar).. but but but.. several pages didn't load properly.. some parts of my blog got misaligned, and i couldn't access channelnewsasia.com on it.. well, it's a first for google, and a plus point on their side.. i'm sure the first release of mozilla firefox didn't turn up as well.. for now i'll stick to firefox, till the improved version of chrome gets churned out..
