i love today =D

i was having lunch at eunos, and when i ordered desert, the uncle remembered me (as the army guy who always bring different people to eat together at eunos) and decided to give me more stuff for free.. i eventually carried away two extremely large bowls of ice jelly, and a big grin across my face..

then i was at ICA, and the person who served me was exactly 1-day older than me!! she was as shocked and happy as i was, and i had a great time collecting my passport.. the funny thing was when she asked me "hi, when is your birthday?", and i said "erm do you need to know?".. and she said "ya, cos we have rather similar birth dates".. it didn't exactly dawn upon me that it was for verification, but oh well, she has access to that data on her PC already, plus i presented my NRIC as proof that i'm benjamin.. but it did brighten up my day, so thank you, miss immigration officer!!

and coming back, i got a call from this person from ManuLife insurance, asking me to be some "Financial Services Professional".. and even after i told her that i'm only 20 years old and i can only work for 6 months, she said that i was still eligible!! so now i'm wondering if i should take up this fantastic job, and at the same time, i'm wondering how experienced are the guys wearing suits and working in banks advising our parents on the various insurance schemes that the bank is offering..

but nonetheless it's a great day!!
