celebrated the end to the series of exams for Rosel at Din Tai Fung.. We had 20 (!) xiaolongbaos, 6 yam xiaolongbaos, and a plate of pork chop fried rice.. we actually ordered 10 xiaolongbaos, but it was FANTASTIC so we ordered another 10.. no regrets =D

but the main thing, was the shopping part.. ohmygosh it's the first time i went into such shops in my whole life!! it all started with rosel asking me to go to tiffany & co, and i asked her "eh you feeling rich ah?".. then we gave up on the idea and went into almost any high-class shop in the area.. then the price tag just made me think that i'm suddenly living in the monopoly-money era.. then again, it might not be enough for that too.. nevermind, i'll stick to my hang ten and baleno clothings.. i don't think i'll be going into those shops for a long time to come, if ever..

christmas lights are on in orchard, but they are super plain.. ohwell, happy holidays!!
