was talking about new year resolutions to my cousin, chelsea.. and she said that new year resolutions for 2009 is so hard to think about, because it's the same as that of 2008!! i can't agree more..

my 2008 resolutions were:
1. loose weight
throughout 2008, i've merely gained weight!!
2. start studying again
nowhere close!!
3. make more (guy) friends
i've known new guys like fude, joel, daniel, clement.. i got quite close to fude, but i also got close to people like amandine, yijia, joyce, and even the 4 new chinese girls who came to the tuanqi camp.. argh..
4. stay closer to God
i guess i did it.. just a little..
5. stay single
the only one which i can proudly acclaim to be completed!!

i really don't know about 2009.. i've read books like "i kissed dating goodbye" which taught me to not know too much about people from the opposite gender.. and yet i still find it easier to talk to them.. and of course, i WILL start studying again (just whether it's before or after Aug 2009).. losing weight is always the question.. and staying closer to God is an ever-lasting goal and resolution.. i'm still wondering whether i should stay single in 2009.. but before i can answer that last question, i must see whether i'm ready for such a thing yet.. at current state, no.. in the foreseeable future, no..

my new year resolutions for 2009 will not be said, but i think i know what they are already..
