i really don't know where to start from... this week has been super busy, and i was super uncontactable... thanks to "component training", which was basically outfield training...

this outfield training went by so fast, that i did not realise that 4 days of the weeks just passed by like that... in fact, i don't even recall what i did two days ago!!! lolx... but anyway these few days we have been mixing around with our so-called logistics counterparts, the supply supervisor trainees... and we've been going to the jungle to teach them about navigation, and other vehicle-related stuff, while they teach us about what they know [such as signal sets, etc]...

it's really fun, because i realised that the supply supervisors are a group of really really fun people [although technically they are no different from us]... they joke about everything, and they are just nice enough to open up and talk to us transport supervisors... i remembered our first day when we met, the transport guys were clustered together and talking amongst ourselves; when they actually came up and started talking to us... and we immediately clicked!!! hmmz... unless it's part of their course for socialising, they are really a bunch of people who can naturally talk and communicate well, and fast...

on the first day, i actually brought my handphone into the jungle... and it just didn't work... i remember desperately trying to get a signal on my handphone [raising up my hand high to get a signal, which reminds me of that quan you loves to do with his phone; and walking around to get the clearest and best voice quality]... but it didn't work... i was calling my mum at home for more than 10 times, and each time it took about 30 seconds to connect, and within 15 seconds it disconnected... just enough time for us to say "hello. eh cannot hear you...." it was both super irritating, and funny as well... hahaha...

it really does show my own reliance on technology gadgets... previously i thought i could survive a day or even a week without handphone... but now... even when i know that there is no signal, i have to double check... and to switch off the phone and on it again, to realise there's still no signal... what crap la... hahaha...

but ok la, it's all over... for now... but for all i know, almost everyday in the next two weeks will be like that... tomorrow it's back to normal classroom lessons... but after that, i believe we'll have lots of outfield training and exercises already... argh...
