met up with the khao lak (rebuilding l.i.f.e.) people.. namely shuling, alan, jieyang and chengen.. i actually thought that we were going out to celebrate shuling's birthday (on 27th jan), but they all didn't know about it.. so we gave up the idea.. otherwise, our lunch location at fish & co glasshouse would have been quite ideal for birthdays..
they decided to watch red cliff 2.. but i already watched it twice.. nonetheless i decided to watch it for the third time, because it has been nearly forever since we last met up.. and since the show was at 5pm and we bought the tickets at 2pm, we spent 3 hours at cathay basement talking and talking and talking.. and talking..
and watching red cliff 2 for the third time was kinda weird cos i don't usually watch them on the big screen and yet i watched it 3 times on the big screen.. but it's good enough that i didn't fall asleep.. and in fact, after watching for the third time, there has been much more thoughts and understanding.. about how they planned, and how people react to things and situations.. plus red cliff is such a nice show, so i guess i should support the directors and producers for making such a brilliant film..
today's interesting cos i met many many many people.. i met jingda at cathay ( i spotted his car going into the carpark and met him at the box office - although he was with his darling girlfriend so i didn't want to disturb), i saw enqi "rushing off" when i entered cathay basement.. i saw jo pok at raffles city, then i met her again, with omela, alycia and one other familiar face (but i forgot her name).. it's a tiny tiny tiny world indeed..
