went out with quanyou, weiyu, yanyi and qiumei to toa payoh.. to celebrate the birthday of yanyi and me.. actually so far this is the only group of people who arrive on time (beside Jesse, whom i'm greatful for being my good friend).. gosh i LOVE LOVE LOVE people who are on time.. because i like to be early, and when people are late, that adds on to the waiting time.. that itself is a great birthday present already.. and i can't imagine yanyi was at toa payoh since 1pm already!!

anyway we went to ichiban sushi for dinner.. i ordered the chicken katsu don together with quanyou, and weiyu and yanyi.. while weiyu ordered this meal with TWO rice.. so we were laughing that she's a 饭桶.. yanyi shared with qiumei this super cheezy chicken chop ( i think)..

and gosh they got this HUGE cake for us.. i was almost swearing it could have been 1kg.. but they said it wasn't.. anyway the 5 of us can't finish it and yanyi brought back the rest.. sadly it was cherry cake, and gosh, i haven't told anyone that i don't really like cherries.. i can eat them, but eating too much makes me wanna puke..



and unbeliveably, they got me this super duper nice lonsdale sling bag.. it was love at first sight, and i was surprised i didn't spot it during my shopping rounds.. i had wanted to buy a sling bag of that size and colour and design, and they read my mind!! ohmygosh..

it's nice going out with these people.. especially when yanyi is with weiyu, gosh yanyi will just keep suan-ing weiyu until it's actually painfully funny.. of course, something more fun than that is to suan back the "master of suans - yanyi".. but when it backfires, i'll just have to face the orchestral-music..

thanks thanks thanks to quanyou and weiyu for this wonderful birthday dinner and the nice bag.. it's probably the best birthday present i ever had coming from a friend.. and it's defnitely the most useful one.. until rosel gets me a car that is.. wahahahaha.. ok, i know that's never gonna happen.. nevermind..
